What is an Investor OS custom build?

A custom build is a system made for your portfolio. It is not another app to log into. We connect the tools you already use, beginning with the work that costs you the most time.

It is not Profit Per Pillow or PillowMarkets. Those are self-serve tools you can use today. A custom build is for investors with 5+ properties who have outgrown a single app and need their numbers, their property manager’s work and their deals in one place.

There are three packages, each a one-time build at a fixed price. Final scope is confirmed in writing after a Free Portfolio Review, before any work begins. It is not a subscription.
